Absolutely. In fact, cycle syncing can be especially helpful if your cycle is irregular.
Rather than tracking strictly by calendar days, we encourage you to track with the lunar cycle. Treat either the full or new moon as Day 1 of your cycle, and begin noticing subtle cues from your body. Over time, many women find that supporting their cycle with intentional nutrition and ritual actually helps regulate it.
Mosha teas are crafted to be re-steeped 2–3 times. Each day you'll use 2 fresh portions of tea. Here's how to get the most from each one:
1. First steep: 5–10 minutes in freshly boiled water. Rich, full-bodied, and potent.
2. Second steep: Use water just slightly off the boil and steep for a few minutes longer. The flavor softens and the herbs open up beautifully.
3. Third steep: Gentler still — perfect for a quiet evening cup before bed.
Don't rush to discard your leaves. They have more to give.
Moon water is water that has been charged under the light of the full moon — a simple but intentional ritual that many women use to infuse their daily practices with ceremony and intention.
How to make it:
1. Fill a glass jar or vessel with filtered or spring water.
2. Set your intention — hold the jar and think about what you want to call in or release during this lunar cycle.
3. Place the jar outside or on a windowsill where it will receive moonlight overnight.
4. Leave it out from dusk until dawn, then seal and store in the fridge for up to a week.
How to use it with Mosha:
Brew your cycle tea using your moon water for an elevated ritual experience. Many of our community use moon water on the night of the full moon as a moment of reflection — especially during the ovulatory phase when energy is at its peak.

A yoni steam (also called vaginal steaming or v-steaming) is an ancient practice rooted in African tribal and South American shamanic traditions, used for centuries by women to support feminine health and honour the body's cycles. It involves sitting or squatting over a bowl of steaming water infused with herbs, allowing the warmth and herbal properties to gently reach the pelvic area.
In your Mosha Box, we include carefully selected herbs and guidance to support your yoni steam practice as part of your overall cycle care ritual. It's a deeply nurturing act — one of the oldest ways women have honoured their bodies.

Bloom, our follicular tea, has sencha green tea which gives you a nice, clean boost during the day.
We recommend consulting your midwife, OB-GYN, or healthcare provider before consuming any herbal teas during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Some herbs that are beneficial during a regular cycle are not advised during pregnancy.Your safety and your baby's safety always come first — please check with your provider.

Quickly. Orders placed before 12pm are sent out the same day, and anything after 12pm goes out the next day, so your teas are on their way to you in no time.
It depends on where you are, and here is a rough guide once your order is on its way:
UK: 48 hours, tracked and signed
US: 3 to 4 days, countrywide
Canada, Mexico and Australia: around 7 days
Europe and the rest of the world: 7 to 10 days
We always aim to get your teas to you as soon as we possibly can.
Yes. As soon as your order is on its way you will receive a tracking number. Sometimes we send with an international carrier and the final leg of the journey is handled by a local carrier in your country. When that happens, all the details will be there on your original tracking link.
No need. We hold stock in the US, so your order is delivered domestically and reaches you faster.
For the US, UK, Canada and Australia there are zero customs charges to worry about. For the EU, under the new regulations you will be charged customs based on your country's own tax rates. This charge is automatic, added to your bill, and paid directly to your country.
We move as fast as we can, though now and then customs in certain countries can cause a hold up. If anything seems stuck or you have any concerns, email us at info@mosha.co and we will look into it for you.
Sometimes, if we catch it in time. The window is small because we dispatch quickly, so email us as soon as you can at info@mosha.co and we will do our very best to update it before your order leaves us.

Because our teas are a food product, we are unable to accept returns once a box has been opened, even if the pouches inside are still sealed. Once the product has been opened, our policy is no refunds. This keeps everything safe and to the standard every woman deserves.
We are so sorry, and we will make it right. Please email us at info@mosha.co within 24 hours of delivery, with the box still unopened, and we will arrange for it to be sent back at no cost to you, with a fresh one on its way to you right away.
Get in touch with us and we will track it down. If the carrier is unable to locate it, they refund us and then we refund you. This is very rare, and the process usually takes 21 to 30 days from start to finish.
